Oooohhhh! So much water. I feel bloated...water is overflowing in my throat. Hate the feeling when you drink too much, too fast. Trying to get it to settle down.

    There is a valid reason to drink a lot of water - it fills your stomach so you don't feel as hungry. That can help people who can't control their urge to eat. Also, it makes money for companies that sell bottled water. Other than that, per the article, there's no medical reason for most people to drink much water.

    If anyone has a medically reason to drink 8 cups of water a day, please contact Dr Valtin and let him know.

    This is something I've never experienced. I drink a lot of water, but never feel like this. Hope it passes soon!

    yuk, ive never been a water person.

    If you like cucumber, an easy way to make water more enjoyable without adding flavor (I HATE flavored water haha) is cut up a 1/4 of a cucumber into little squares, doesn't matter if it is peeled or not, and put them in a water bottle and drink up! It just makes the water fresh and delish! I probably drink about 6 bottles a day :)

  • That is one thing I really struggle with when trying to diet, is drinking the amounts of water I am supposed to. I have never been a huge water drinker either, and it's been hard to discipline myself to get enough in. :)
