lifting weights at home with free weights

What weught lifting workout can I do with free weigths at home? Everyone keeps saying lifting helped them lose weight faster well I don't go to a gym I workout at home. I do the 30 day shred is that enough weight liftting should I add more?

I'm only starting on the exercise path, dont have treadmill or anything fancy but at night when watching tv I take out the dumbells and do curl ups and stretches and ups and downs, all for the arms. Olive.0

Look up thrusters, dumbbell snatches, unilateral shoulder press, up right row, tate press, zottiman curls. that'll get you started.0
