Desk Job Downfalls - Exercise at work

What are exercises/calorie burner you can do while sitting at a desk all day long???

    I don't do these while sitting, but I use my 2 daily 15 min breaks to do resistance bands, desk pushups, squats, lunges, some other moves/exercises from Zumba and the Wii Fit, windmills, etc.

    I bike to work and usually run at lunch. But have a shower in the building.

    If you are really stuck to your desk for 8 hours straight, thats a different story. But if every 15 minutes you can walk to the copy machine, drinking fountain, etc. it could add up - wear a pedometer for a day and see how far you walk.
