....to start absorbing the calories after eating?
I ask because, I have just been out for a curry, and within an hour it starting to run through me, so badly, I think it must be all gone by now. Not sure how to count it - half the calories? A quarter?? Anyone any ideas?
One thing I do know is that I won't be running back to that curry house in a hurry!!

If it is coming out the rear end you have to count all the calories no matter how fast it runs through your system. Sorry!0
