Hi everyone,
I started doing Power 90 today. Should I bother logging strength training if it isn't going to count toward my calories anyway? If you take out the stretching breaks there is really only about 20 minutes of strength training on the dvd, so if I logged it under strength training in the cardiovascular category it only comes out to about 85 cals anyway. Is there any reason to bother logging it?
