Back in the day, I always used to bend pretty far down when entering and exiting the pew.
Sounds a little silly, but I never touch the rail when I kneel down for communion either.
For years, I haven't been able to bend down very far -- just sort of a little bob. Yesterday, I was able to bend down as deeply as I used to. It felt really good to do it properly again.
Leg strength is coming back!

I will rejoice when I can go through a whole church service without my knees complaining. Happy for you!:flowerforyou:0
