Excessive Fiber

The Fiber thing really confuses me. I added Fiber to my diary and before I even eat my dinner I am over, Raspberries and a Fiber One Bar sent it soaring. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Too much fiber can cause bloating... but that's the only bad thing I've ever heard of it. And you can keep yourself from bloating or stop the bloating by increasing your water intake when you increase your fiber. I think with the general goals, fiber is one where they just want you to hit a minimum and there really is no max.0
