Sedentary or Lightly Active?

I'm a personal banker and I spend about 40% of my day walking around the branch or standing. The rest of the time I am sitting at my desk or in the back. I can't figure out if this counts as being lightly active even though I'm not standing or walking around all day? Can anyone give me some advice? I want to make sure I have everything configured correctly so that I am on the right track.

:frown: Yeah, it's the same for me. 2 days a week I work in an office, so I'm at my desk or walking around to speak to people or to get files etc, and then the other 3 days a week I work in a school as a teaching assistant, so I don't get to sit down because I'm running around and doing things for the kids or walking from one building to another to get things etc, and at the weekend, I'm normally doing things at home with my 2 kids, or doing housework. Would this be lightly active???:frown:0

Put it on Sedentary and that way anything you do is a bonus.0
