of MOTIVATION!!! Hi. I'm Patricia. This is not my first time starting this. I was very successful the first time-only 20 lbs. from my goal. Then something happened...I don't know what it was. I just stopped working at it. Now, I'm right back where I was in the very beginning. Actually, I think I'm about 20lbs. heavier than I was in the very beginning. I turned 30 last year :( I'd like to be in the best shape of my life at 31. That'd be May. I'm planning to mostly use Jillian Michaels DVDs and Kinect. I also know now that I have the most success when I actually track my calories.

What do you think about Jillian Michaels? Has anyone lost much weight just playing Kinect?

And I think I'd do better if I have a few more friends. So, if you don't mind, please add me.

  • Hi Patricia, the great thing is that having done it once you know that you can!
    Its so frustrating when you've done so well and then blown it because you end up feeling really angry at yourself for letting it go!
    It's only just over a year ago that I was happily running half marathons, now I just feel like a total slug but I know I'll get there again :smile:

    It really does make me angry. I don't know what made me just give up on all the hard work I had put into this.

    It's gonna be better this time!! We can do this!
