2012 Challenges: looking for participants

Hi friends!

In 2011 I learned that I do best when I have a "challenge" I'm trying to follow, so to help me meet my Q1 2012 goal of "size 6 and no pooch," I'm going to do a challenge every week. Who wants to join me??

Here are my challenges for the rest of January:

1/9 through 1/15: 5 servings of vegetables per day
1/16 through 1/22: no alcohol
1/23 through 1/29: Plan workouts for the week ahead of time and complete them all at 100%

I'm totally open to suggestions for the remaining weeks until April 1, 2012. Who wants to join me? We're all in this together!
