Hi I'm anna, its my 1st day and so inspired by some of the stories . I would love to be a success sort too x

Hi!! Start small with small goals! Like Drinking water, increasing movement and activity each day. Soon by adding little small things they all add up to big losses! I was starting out just over a year ago with 100+lbs to lose. I have lost 87 of those lbs and have about 35 to go! If I can do it... (consumate couch potato transformed to gym rat :bigsmile: ) You can too!0
