My feet fall asleep after 20 mins on the elliptical. Does this happen to anyone else? Should I try it barefoot?

This used to happen to me too, right about 20 mins :-) I think it is basically because... your feet aren't actually moving, not like walking anyway. It's like standing still for 20 mins. If you are able I would try the treadmills, stair climber etc. as you are able so that you have to actually pick up your feet, I still do some elliptical, but mostly treadmil work.0

I get that too - have found loosening my laces a little helps but have never figured why this happens.0
