Hi everyone!
I've suddenly got tired of always having an up and down (mostly up) weight. I tipped the scales at just over 250lbs (251 - almost 18 stone as i know it - I'm English) after new year and was horrified that I had 10 lbs for every year of my life! 3-4 years ago i did manage to get under 200 lbs (just over 14 stone) but that was mainly through exercise. The job i had i cycled to and it was about a 15-20 min ride so that twice a day, 5 times a week soon mounted up! But now the job i have I work from home and travel to jobs as and when needed via van so don't have the chance to cycle/walk to work. I have also met the girl of my dreams and we now have two beautiful kids (15 meh old and a 3 mth old). So they also keep me nice and busy and a gym doesn't really come into it at the minute so a good diet is really the only way I can fight this weight now. We're getting married in Oct and I need to look good in those speedos on the honeymoon. It's just under 2 lbs a week i need to lose and i'm more determined than i ever have been before!
Would be nice to hear some tips or people in similar situations getting in touch so please feel free, seems like a nice place here
