Patience!!!

I had watched what I ate and worked out like a mad woman for a week. and the scale played games with my heart, it would go up... then go down... dancing around the number 190!!! (i was weighing myself everyday) so of course me being impatient, and coming from the microwave dinner generation, i got mad!
But I woke up this morning, and the scale moved!!!! about 4 pounds... gone!!!! i wasn't creeping around the 190s... i was in the mid 180s baby! lol! hopefully this isnt another scale trick, but i know its the lowest number i have ever seen! = )
So the lesson of the month is patience... boy is it necessary during this journey.

yeah... but you also need to stop using the scale every day because its adding to your stress level.... its not a good tool anyways because weight fluctuates all the time and every day.
Its not just patience... there are several factors in the whole weight-loss element to consider here... the last thing you want to do is to be part of the problem and be the contributor of any weight gain or stalls....
Measuring Tape...
A new outfit as a guide to see how its fitting on you during the process...
Use the scale once per week...0
