Hello all,

My name is Sophie, Im 20 years old and weigh 199lbs. I am hoping to reach 140lbs (ish) just joined as my sister recommended this site. Need some friends to help motivate me, inspire me and help me stay on track.

Please add me, any help will be great

    Imagine yourself at your goal. Just follow the program and you can do it.
