Hi all. Here is my dilemma. I am 32, have been about 130 ish for awhile. I would fluctuate from 128-132. In the last month or so, I have been creeping up to 140 despite working out 6 days per week (I am currently doing Bob Harper's Inside Out Method DVD's). The workouts really push me and I love doing them. However, instead of the weight coming off (or even staying the same), I am GAINING weight. I have caculated my BMR to be about 1314. I am a stay at home mom of 2 kids so I guess you could say I'm semi-active. I work out for an hour in the afternoon 6 days a week (like I said, it's hard and I really push myself...so exertion is up there!). I guess I just don't know what else to do. I would really like to get back down to 125 but don't know where to start. I'm getting frustrated. If I set my daily calorie goal to my BMR of about 1314 is that my ultimate goal despite burning "x amount" of calories during a workout...or do I need to then eat more to compensate for calories burned in my workout? Should my net calories be a negative number with a workout factored in or at zero? HELP!
