    Great job! 30 day shred is an awesome workout! I used it last year and noticed a big difference in just a week of using it.

    You look great. I took before pix too and was disgusted by what I saw. Good motivation to get going. I just started last week so it will be awhile before I can share success pictures. Keep going and that 20 lbs will be gone before u know it.
