Don't know what to think

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem. I have lost 31 pounds and I am now in the 250's. It has been four or five years since I have been this small. I was excited for all of maybe 10 minuntes. My mind went right to how long will it take me to get this off and what's my next step. I think Im crazy for not relishing in the moment because this has been hard work and it is really good.
How do you change your mind set with lossing weight and buying cloths? I have shirts that I think still fit well till I get to work and have to rearange them so Im not flashing people all the time. I go in a store and grab the size im used to and then get home and it's like ok I thought this fit but maybe not and still try to wear it.

31 lbs is a great start. Concentrate on how well you have done. I have realized that I need to make a lot of changes, not just losing weight, and it can be overwhelming. My hubby and I talked about it for a long time and came to the conclusion that looking down the long road to the end result can be scary. It seems so far away and so difficult. So, our solution, is very simple. Take one day at a time. Do what I can everyday, be in that moment, and dont look too far ahead."The future of your success lies in your daily routine" is a quote I recently found. I printed it out and put it next to a picture of me when I was thin. Along with a list of my motivation. This is helping me stay focused. It is a daily event, not a future event.0
