wow, totally not in my usual character but I'm excited about changing my life. Day 2 and Im already feeling a little better, in general and about myself, not to mention these little meals ive been eating throughout the day have been giving me more energy, i dont feel near as lethargic as i have and im hoping this continues. Ive been trying to find fun foods that have a lot of taste and fun exercises and they are actually out there. Im sick of being the fat kid, and i think this time it might work!

    I started working out and began changing my meals a month ago and I've never had more energy.

    It also started for me very quickly. Keep up the good work!

    I've lost 19 lbs and I definately notice a change in energy. In the gym and in every day life too.
