Hope its not a mistake...I love my kettlebells and hoping this will give me more to do. I can already see a difference in myself from the routine I made up.:glasses:

    Not experience enough to know real names of moves but here goes.... I use 10 and 15 lbs bells
    two handed swing-4 reps of 10
    lawn mower pull-3 reps of 10 (each arm)
    squats-3 reps of 10
    single handed swing with switch off- 4 reps of 10
    basket ball pass (left, up, right) -2 reps of 10
    pushups-1 rep of 10

    Abs: dont know the names of these but can describe.....
    Lay on floor feet in air at 90degree , hands above head with bell, then bring bell up to meet feet. Kinda a crunch.
    sit on floor bring legs up ( V shape) pass bell under one leg at a time not letting feet touch floor
    sit on floor , same as above and twist side to side with bell
