Do I need to re-calculate my calorie allowance as I lose wei

Hiya, I have lost 6.2 kilos to date and I'm feeling really positive about achieving my goal (11.1 kilos to go!). Just wondering about the fact that my calorie allowance has remained the same (1600 calories per day, before exercise). Is this something I need to manually change or does the MFP program automatically change it? Seems strange to be still losing when my calorie intake remains the same??? Thanks

I think it automatically changes it, but I changed mine of my own. All I did was go into profile, change lbs per week lost, and then change it back to what I wanted, and it lowered my calorie intake a little.0

MFP usually prompts me every 10 lbs to update my profile but you can trigger it at any time by updating your diet and fitness profile0
