Do you love pizza? I know I do! Here is a low cal way to enjoy pizza.
Serving Size: 1
Calories: 252 (w/o toppings)
Ingredients:
100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins ( I know Nature's Own and Arnold Select has them)- 1/4 cup
Tomato Sauce ( I use just straight tomato sauce in the cans, but you can use spaghetti sauce)- 1/4 cup ( I use a little less)
Part skim-milk shredded Mozzarella cheese- 1/4 cup
Add your own toppings
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate the sandwich thin and place them top side down on a cookie sheet.
Spread 1/8 cup spaghetti sauce onto each sandwich thin half.
Sprinkle 1/8 cup Mozzarella cheese on on half.
Add toppings.
Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Enjoy!
I have a picture but I don't know how to add it. Please help. Thanks!

Why did I never think of that??
Thanks for giving me another idea for lunch!0 -
Yum! I have a bunch of sandwich thins that I use for my turkey burgers. Now I have another use for them! I've been thinking of a way to make a low calorie pizza...some people suggest tortillas, but I like this idea better.0

Yum...I have been trying to think of a healthier version of pizza b/c it is my all-time favorite food. I had thought of getting a whole wheat flatbread and using that but the sandwich thins would definitely work. I'm gonna have to head to the store and stock up on some of these. Thanks so much for the idea.0
