Ok! got the picture working! Here is my half way progress with Jillian Micheal's Six Week Six Pack dvd. I just started level two today (there are two levels and you do each for 3 weeks). Jillian really turns it up several notches in level 2, but its fun and I'm really seeing results. I highly recommend it! She says to do it 5 times a week. I've been doing 4 times a week and then trying to get a run or some other cardio in for my 5th work out for the week. I haven't been doing great on the clean eating due to a new job that keeps me up LATE and on my feet (cocktailing) so I think I will focus on the clean eating for the next three weeks and hope to see greater results!     That's great! I was wondering how that DVD was working out for you. I used to do 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones and they really did wonders for me. I've been trying to figure out which of her newer DVDs I should get...there are so many! After seeing your progress, I'm leaning toward this one! Keep it up :)
