Okay so i have started and fallen off the wagon i dont know how many times, now i have a personal trainer twice a week and i will do workouts 4 days a week on my own. I have 80 pounds to lose. What i want to know is exactly what made everyone else's journey so successful. Diet? Exercises? Videos? Websites? Please be as specific as possible and let me know what exactly i need to do. I am so ready to change my life!! Thank you everyone :)

  • Eating right, drinking plenty of water, and finding an exercise you love and sticking to it. You won't stick with this is if it's not something you enjoy.

Both food and exercise are important. But you can easily undo your hard work in the gym if you do not watch what you eat. I used to workout fairly regularly but didn't lose weight. Of course I was eating candy and fast food when I wasn't at the gym lol.

For me it really has been a conscience decision each day to make the best choices and measure everything and work my butt off.

I have lost weight in the past so I know I can do it again. Here is what I did before and what I am doing now............

*cut out soda and fast or fried foods
*cut out high fat chips or stick to one serving
*bought Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 because it also comes with a free diet plan
    *increasing water consumption
*joined MFP (which wasnt available the last time I lost lots of weight)

Good luck. Add me if you need a pal for inspiration/motivation
