changing goals feels depressing

So last week I did good I had maybe 2 bad days but made up for them the other days. I weighed myself for the first time in 4months and it was great!!! With the progress I've been making I figured I could change my goals and push harder. That change how my chart looks for last week. I kinda want to go back to the orginally set goal so visually it looks like I'm doing great.

    Progress is progress, regardless of what it 'looks like'. If you're feeling better, keep pushing! Good luck :)
  • Change it back to your original goal, and when you reach that, change it again. Set yourself mini-goals.
