Hey, everyone. I was just wondering if you try to accomplish the goal of calories burned or minutes working out in your exercise diary every day/week? I just finished my first five days and burned 965/940 calories in 116/175 minutes. I was very excited that I reached my goal for calories burned!
I was just wondering which goal everyone else tries to reach on a daily/weekly basis?

I would think daily would be better. I just made a weekly goal because I can't always get out and exercise whether it be my back or work. But when I do I go daily. My goal changes day to day. You always want to burn the calories you ate the day before. Your food doesn't fully digest for 12 hours. So it only makes sense that tomorrow you should burn your calories you ate today plus some.0

MFP calculates my goal for calories to burn per week as 1850/300, per my goal of working out 5 days per week and 60 minutes per day. The calories I find a little low and usually easily exceed the 1850 but the 300 is more important to me!0
