I have just recently started using a juicer so I can get some extra nutrients from my fruits and veggies but I am not sure how to log them. Since I am not consuimg the pulp or a majority of the veggie, just what juice can be extracted, it will not be the same as me eating that entire vegeatable or fruit. How do ya'll find and log the correct amount of calories?

The database actually already has a good amount of info for juice... I just searched for beet juice and celery juice and there were entries for both... just don't know how accurate they are. And you would just have to be careful you were selecting the options from the raw fruit/ veggies rather than the packaged which could have sugar added0

I've read that when you juice, you get all the calories, but without the fiber in the pulp of the fruits/veggies. I think that for each gram of fiber you're not getting, you subtract 4 calories.0
