Ok so It's sunday night and I've realised the for the first time in 2 months I've gone over my calories by 200. Don't get me wrong I have gone over before but I just worked out abit to cover the calories I ate. So here I am feeling very unmotivated and unable to get the gym tonight. So what's your vote do I get off my butt and jog around my living room or should I just do a really good workout tommorow?

Living room. Jog, jump, skip, put on some music and dance!0

definately put on music and dance around! Its fun and burns a lot of calories.0

Maybe take a walk around the neighborhood, but most of all Don't Beat Yourself Up! You'll get back on track.0

If you have to ask...You already know the answer. But 200 calories isn't a big deal since all of this is estimates anyway. BUT!!!
Sorry, we aren't letting you off the hook.
Get up, jog around the living room and add 25 jumping jacks to it too!
Sound good? Let us know when you are done! YEY YOU!0 -
skip rope, 10 minutes and you'll burn over 100 calories, fast, easy, and burns mucho calories.0

In my books that is something to be proud of It Isn't always easy changing the lifestyle habits you've had for years one step at a time way to go0 -
Give yourself a break......over 200 calories once in 2 months!!!! Pat yourself on the back and take a nice hot bubble bath. (or epsom salt bath if you have sore muscles). At the rate you are going (200 extra every 2 months) it will take you 3 years to gain a pound.
P.S Just don't let it happen for another 2 months0 -
I forced myself to put on my shoes and start doing low blast cardio around the living room tonight. I was thinking about skipping but realized thats when I begin to give up and remembered what my sister told me. She told me just to force myself to do it even though I don't feel like it.
Though I don't think it would've killed I did go for a week straight.
I bought a bag of crispers and try to limit myself to around 30 in one sitting, I find it helps my really bad chip cravings a bit.0 -
Thanks again everyone you got me moving I just jogged in place for 1/2 hour and according to my wii covered 6.25 miles a new personal best. I hurt but I'm happy with my effort0
