belly plan week 2

not so good this week, had major back pain so

Monday-class for 1 hour
Tuesday-class for 2 hours
Wednesday-no class, did back stretches and took a bath instead:tongue:
Thursday-another crazy HIIT routine, plus ran thru choreography for Friday show
Friday-gig (which doesn't count)
Saturday-practice 1 hour, and gig (which doesn't count)
Sunday-practice with friend, drills for 1 hour, finger cymbal drills 30 minutes, improv 30 minutes, running intervals

for this week, i'm missing an hour of practice. i'm giving myself some leeway due to the back. back is all better so next week its back to the normal routine!
