The bodyweight 500 is the ultimate challenge, 500 bodyweight repetitions
with no break in btw exercises...newbies, cut it in half!

50 prisoner squats
50 push-ups do them in sets...5x10 or 2x25
25 jumps..that's right, just a jump..but add power arms up!
25 leg curls, (done on the floor with hips off the ground and feet on a stability ball)
50 stability ball jackknifes (forearms on a bench, feet onthe ball..you got it, jacknife the lower body in)
50 step- ups (25 per leg) make sure you're a good distance from the bench to really hit the glutes and not so much the quads slow on the relase steping far from the bench to engage those glutes again
25 pull-ups..again in sets
50 lunges (25 per leg)
50 close grip push-ups..this is going to hurt!
50 bodyweight rows, break it up..you're getting tired!
50 squats
25 chin-ups

My time:33 minutes.
