Zumba and Lower Back Pain

Hello Everyone!
I think I may have overdone it with Zumba last week, did 5 live classes and a 40 min Wii workout and my lower back is killing me! Took today off from exercise and I'll probably just do some yoga tomorrow but for those Zumba- holics was this something you faced starting out?
