I didn't know what spot to put this but maybe you can help me. I've been on here since last month. I wash daily, and nothing has changed in anyway except working out more. Well n-e-ways, I'm starting to break out all over my face with these little tinny bumps. On my checks and chin. They are not pimples.
My question is: would working out be causing this, even if i bath afterwards. And if so is there a way to clear it up, at least get it to stop itching. Thank you. Robin

The itching makes me thing it's an allergy of some sort... have you added anything new to your diet? Have you changed your toiletries (new deodorant, shampoo, soap)? If it persists, definitely see a dermatologist or general practitioner.

I agree. I have skin allergies and I've noticed that I have a reaction after using the towels provided by the gym. I'm guessing its what ever detergent they use. I bring my own towel (both to wipe down equipment and to shower).

I had mangos yesterday, but it started before that, and nothing else is changes. Well tomorrow I will be washing my sheets so i hope it will stop.

No fun! Is it only on your face? If so, do you notice when working out that you sweat longer on your face? Any which way, I'd see a doc about it today if it hasn't noticably lessened. My gym is the same way. They probably use cold water to wash the things. Also, I have to shower within a half hour of my work out or else I develop pretty quickly skin problems. . .

    Good luck, Robin.

Make sure you wash your face BEFORE you work out as well as after. I was working out right after work in full (what was left of it) make up and started a rash on my face. Discovered (after spending lost of money at the doctor) that if I washed my face good before and after, the problem was solved.
