I wanted to see if anyone would share what is a typical day of eating for them? I need ideas, I am new to MFP but feel confident this is the place to see results. I am finding it hard to eat enough calories. Thank you for any help/ideas you can give.
Today:
B - 1 cup Bobs Red Mill steel cut oats w/tblsp of simply fruit
AM Snack - RF string cheese and apple slices
L - salad with cut up chicken, cucumber, bell peppers with 2 tbl ranch dressing (only thing I had)
D - 3/4 boneless, skinless chic. breast and 3/4 cup brussel sprouts with chopped hazel nuts (biggest loser recipe)
Today:
