Is it bad to not eat all your calorie intake for the day?

Today I'm having one of those days where I'm going to be about 100 cal off my 1200 cal intake... plus I exercised meaning I'm going to be about 300 cal in deficit.
Is this bad?

Not really.
If you are continually creating massive calorie deficits I would label this as bad. A day here and there of under OR OVER eating, isn't bad.0 -
Nope, just make sure you're at it tomorrow0
