Today I'm having one of those days where I'm going to be about 100 cal off my 1200 cal intake... plus I exercised meaning I'm going to be about 300 cal in deficit.
Is this bad?

Not really.
If you are continually creating massive calorie deficits I would label this as bad. A day here and there of under OR OVER eating, isn't bad.0 -
