What's the best product for stretch marks out there?

Anyone know? I've got them on my hips. Not sure what category I should've put this in, lol. But any help is appreciated!

    I've heard cocoa butter is a great remedy to reduce the appearance of stretch marks! I've never been persistent enough to see results thought. Hope it helps!

    Bio Oil is supposed to be good.
