I dont know about anyone else, I am loving what I am eating! I was raised where we didnt have much money, So we were eating a lot of starch and pastas and not much whats good for you. It was what was cheap.

I got into the habit of eating this stuff and liking it.

I started eating cottage cheese (fat free or low fat) and apples, I am loving it!!! I have so many different combinations of good foods that I love it...

Im also finding I am not craving anyhing I shouldn have. Also a plus

Anyone else?
