So used to dieting and trying to make the right decisions for so long that even when i eat something that I know is healthy enough for me to eat, I feel like if it taste too too good then it's causing some damage somewhere. Hope I can get past this at some point.
I had a Carb Conscious Protein Bar and I swear it taste like a thick Snicker Bar. It was SOOOOOOO GOOOOD I was thinking to myself, well I just jacked up my whole day of good eating......

I think we all feel that way, especially if we were once very heavy and ate whatever we wanted. I look at it like hey, at least it WASN'T a snickers bar but something a bit healthier. Just think about all the hard work you put in exercising and you probably eat righ at least 80-90% of the day, so don't spaz out.... (I'm speaking also to myself in future tense bc I know I will probably be here in my mind again soon)....

Kinda sounds like you've convinced yourself that deprivation is the way to health. Time to turn that around! Just think: "Hey, I get to enjoy this incredibly delicious and healthy food. Awesome!"
The key is linking the words "delicious" and "healthy" with the word AND. You've psyched yourself out this far, you can take it a step further.
