Looking for others to help support me!

Ive been a member on here for quite sometime and havent really utilized it! Im ready for a change! I have a hard time staying motivated to change my eating and excersize habits and am needing some people who understand what im doing! I dont believe in "dieting" so much as watching calorie intake and making sure i stay active. Also, im a soda addict and was wondering if diet dr pepper is something i can drink that wont effect me too bad? It says high in sodium, anyone have any suggestions?
