I did this treadmill workout tonight in the gym after having been on hiatus for the entire month of December ... so yeah, I wanted to punish myself a lil. It's completely customizable to your fitness level, this is just one of a zillion ways you could do this workout. In any case, it had me huffing and puffing and feeling the burn! The only rule regardless? No grabbing the hand rails! Enjoy :)

7:00 - 9:00 / 12.0
9:00 - 10:00 / 8.0

12:00 - 14:00 / 10.0
14:00 - 16:00 / 11.0
16:00 - 18:00 / 12.0
18:00 - 20:00 / 8.0

Cool down appropriately and accordingly.
