I'm bored way too quickly on the treadmill, anything over 20 minutes is a real drag, trying out some intervals and came across this site, seems OK thought I'd share the love....

I use the treadmill and at least one of the training sessions per week will be interval training. I too, get bored if I just trudge along doing the same or similar thing everytime.

I just purchased an HRM too, it sure made my last interval training session interesting I can tell you lol

My trainer went through one of these workouts with me a few weeks ago. I actually really loved it, and it's a super versitile workout too. You can do multiple sets on a treadmill, rower, etc, or add body weight ciruits into it.

I did a 1 hour session. In that hour we went through 1 set (20s exercise, 10s rest x 8 sets) each of pull ups, push ups, sit ups, and body weight squats. He also added a 1 mile run in after each exercise, for a total of 4 miles througout the workout. I'm glad I came across this post, because I may ask him to go through this again lol.

Have a good workout! Hope it works out for you!
