I joined this programme on 1st January 2012 and as usual have had a few days feeling really good and then a few days feeling like 'it ain't gonna happen' but I have never been on a programme with so many encouraging and friendly members. Just when I think 'what's the point' someone posts a message to give me a boost for the next day.

I already have a few wonderful friends (could always do with a few more, hint hint!) and they are fantastic with the encouraging comments. Because of you lot I know that I am going to make it this time.
