Does anyone use davina mcCalls DVD? Any good?

I have body buff but haven't used it yet!

    Personally I like Davina, but she seems to be a bit marmite. Jackie & Mark are great and it comes across as they actually enjoy the work out. It's not precious or over glossy and more importantly you feel like you've worked hard. Give it a go, you've got nothing to lose!

    I started using Davina Ultimate Target about two weeks ago and have to say it seems to really work you, I am quite sore the next day so thats got to be a good sign :)
  • hi i use a few of her dvds I have found them good and have noticed I'm starting to tone up and you can tailor to time and motivation. Does any one know how many calories you burn up?

    I like her DVDs but I find her a bit irritating after a while. The workouts are really good. She is my third choice after Jillian Michaels and Tae Bo DVDs. I have several of her DVDs and enjoy them all, just not too often but that's just me! They do give great results though and I would definitely recommend her DVDs. You can always turn off the talking if you do find it irritating after a while :bigsmile:
  • I absolutely swear by Davina's DVDs. I have Body Buff, Superbody workout and the High Energy Five workout. I have two very small boys and so haven't seen the Body Buff DVD for a while. I did have Natalie Cassidy's DVD (before it got scratched to pieces) which I did find good but a bit tedious and boring after a while. With Davina's, you can mix it up a bit. I try to do at least an hour of Davina's everyday. I would thoroughly recommend them :happy:

    It does depend on your size and how much you weigh. I currently weigh 175lb and burn about 250cals doing a 20 minute aerobics session of Davina's. Hope this helps :happy:
