Heart rate scale

I wanted to clarify a chart I saw yesterday. Looking at the equation for max heart rate, at 34 yrs. my max should be 186 bpm. I was looking on a chart yesterday and it deliniated that 60-70% was the fat burning zone. so that makes 132 bpm just a hair more than 70%. My question is: If I go to say, 75%, does the fat burning reach it's full potential and now I'm at max fat burn and only adding improvement to my cardio, or does the rate of burn continue to increase as well?

I keep picturing the main water line in a house. If I have a 1/2" line coming from the city my max pressure is around 103 lbs. depending on the height of the water tower. If i add 4 new spigots to my house I am putting water in more places, but I am still only getting 103 lbs of water out of the incoming 1/2" line. I'm substituting the 103 lbs. for the rate of fat burn.

Hopefully this is somewhat discriptive enough. Any help would be appreciated.
