Hiya guys,

I am new to the site, looking to lose around 57lb

Have a little boy and struggle to find time to fit in exercise so I have started to do 15 mins walking on my lunch break in work everyday

Really cant wait to start seeing results!!

    Hi

    I'm also a full time working mum, and need to loose the baby weight....I understand how difficult it is finding the time (or energy) to exercise.

    I'll add you as a friend and hopefully we can motivate each other!!

    I also only joined recently. Love the site and find it helps a lot. I have 30lbs to lose of which i have lost 5 since last week friday. Battling but staying strong. Its now or never. I am a single mom to a gorgeous 4 (almost 5) year old daughter. I have not been in a gym in 5 yrs hence my weight, but i got myself a treadmill over the weekend and i am exercising for a half an hour every night now and on a protein diet.

    Will add you as a friend for motivation. :)

    I just find sometimes after I put my little one to bed and do the housework and things I only sit down at 9pm and then I dont feel like doing much of anything!!

    I have been cutting down on bread, chocolate, sweets and cheese - started last Tuesday, weighed this morning and I have lost 3.5lb so happy with that

    How much do you have to lose?
