Chiquito's

Hello,

This weekend my boyfriend has said he'll take me to Chiquito's (I mentioned in passing that I've never been before so it thought it'd be a good idea) so I can't really turn him down.

Just wondering what sort of thing would be best to get from there, calorie-wise? All the salads have cheese in and dressing on, the chicken seems to be covered in sauce. Has anybody eaten there before whilst been calorie counting?

Here's the menu:

Any advice would be appreciated, I don't want to fall off the wagon because if I do, then I'll fall big style and end up with a greasy burger and chips.

Beware, they give you complimentary tortilla chips & salsa when you first sit down (it's always my downfall). The Baja bowls aren't too bad if you opt for them without the tortilla wrap. Or you could get some marinaded chicken and just ask for it with salad (the actual salads aren't really that low in calories - the ones on the set menu, anyway).

Personally I have fajitas, but I just try not to have too many wraps. I'm not sure what they're like calorie wise, but they are delicious. As long as you don't have the cheese and such and just stick to chicken and onions in the wraps, they aren't too bad.

According to MFP database, the burrito (chicken or chilli beef) is between 525 - 550 calories depending on filling. That's pretty yummy, too.
