Zumba Kinect - How many calories?

Hello,

I have recently bought the Zumba game from the Kinect and I am throughly enjoying the 20 min sessions as they are great fun - sometimes doing one after the other. I was wondering if anyone else had this and how they were counting calories burnt?

I know thats its going to be how much effort I have put in but I don't even know where to start

As it's in my living room I understand its not as much as a class, but I would still like to log

Any help would be appreciated

    I regularly do zumba at a class and I 100% think my workout on the Kinect is comparable. I did a 1 hour medium intensity work out which said i burned 1366 calories. I really feel like that is high too.

    But if i even burned HALF of that... It is SOOOO worth it!

    That estimate is really high. I did an hour of Zumba class on Sunday and my HRM estimated 390 calories burned. I think that is a pretty fair estimate.
