Hi everyone, loving the posts from pp, v funnyl!! I know i have only been doing this for a couple of weeks but i'm feeling a bit despondent. I can not help myself eating!! I have eaten TWO chocolate bars today, I really need to get my son in full time nursery so i can work full time and stop me eating everything in my cupboards!! I also wish summer would hurry up and arrive so we can go out for long walks and i can teach my son to ride his bike.

Anyway good luck everyone, hope my weight in on friday wont make me cry!!!

    Hello. I'm only on day 3. Some would call me a "newbie", perhaps, but only to this site. i have done this 4-5 times in the past several years and never stick it out. I am determined to break that cycle. I love chocolate! That is going to be one of the most difficult snacks to avoid. I am following the South Beach diet to a degree, but not 100%. I have the belly fat that must go! My waste is too big and my pants are to tight. Ughh.
