How Many Calories Should I Be Consuming Daily?

I'm not a new member just a new account after canceling my old one named "DownSheGoes".

I'm back with a new look on things and am more motivated to maintain and tone up and am asking my fellow MFP's on their personal opinion on how many calories I should be consuming daily.

I'm 6 foot 1 inch and currently weigh around 117lbs. I don't have a real goal weight set in mind but my job requires I lose a few inches.

My current calorie limit is 1200 daily but lately I have been exceeding it due to holiday and celebration circumstances. As a student living away from home my food budget is really tight. Any recipe ideas would also be appreciated. I'm allergic to gluten, processed sugar and citric fruits.
