home gym routine needed for female beginer

help I have a marcy home gym 980...I dont know where to start
What Ive found online seems to be for meat heads.
please help with helpful links or advice


I am hoping for a three day routine for beginers

I already do cardio everyday, running

    I use dvd's for different workouts. I have Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred and a few others that are 5-10 minute workouts so you can customize to suit you. I also use my treadmill for cardio. I have a bunch of hand weights from 2-8 pounds.
