Hello there
My name is Natalie (Nat) and I've signed up to MFP as I would like to lose weight before I visit family in Australia in April. I weighed myself this morning for the first time in almost a year to discover that I'm almost 11 stone - wish wasn't too much of a surprise if I'm honest as I put my guestimate weight in at 154lbs yesterday when I signed up.
In October 2010 I weighed 9 stone 4 after losing 32.5 lbs in just over 6 months with WW. After getting to my goal weight I stopped attending the meetings, as working shifts made getting to them difficult and the weight started creeping back on :sad:
I found out about MFP from my Mum and decided that it would be a good place to start, being able to track food and exercise while setting goals is just what I need, plus having the support of the forum as well should be a great help for me. I just need to get out of the habit of snacking on custard creams now!! :ohwell:
